As an alternative to the RICS reporting format we also are able to offer the RPSA report format.

The types of work which are covered by the Party Wall Etc. Act 1996 includes the following.
- Building on or over a boundary position which is not currently built upon.
- Undertaking works to a shared wall
- Excavating ground within 6 metres of an adjoining structure or property
